lyrics
The Fuck You Sound (T4QS) disbanded quietly due to global turmoil and the price of Marmite. All is not lost, we each have a lust for life, and wish to share the results of our journey for self satisfaction and mental healing. And for Mags.
‘Day Off’ is the title of the first feature length album by T4QS. It’s comprised of four mini chapters titled after a weekday. The material spans slightly more than 4 light years of work. The collective blood sweat, coin and tears shed over this project could fill 50 olympic sized swimming pools.
Since the dismantling of the T4QS starship, the wider planet has seemingly spun into a unpredictable chaos and vomited over itself. The Brexit vote in the UK and the election of Trump in the USA seem unfortunate realities we must endure, face. In our own unique way we each raise a bloody middle finger to authority, genre, greed, hate and discrimination. This maybe the glue that sticks us apart.
The Fuck You Sounds stands in solidarity with all peoples world-wide struggling to get out from under the boot of over-the-top authority. Turn your shit down.
Thanks to T4QS, the others, who all together made this unique shit possible.

Bill Drummond said, a real band should release a few perfect singles and then split up.
The least we can
do is share fragments that survived the split. Please listen, give thanks to your ears.
In loving memory of Jake Black (The very Rev. Wayne D Love) and Mags Mcdonald (Debra Zebra)
We salute you.
